The WalletConnect Community Round will offer early access to WCT at a fair valuation in line with recent private offerings and without lock-up period. Deal terms are as follows:
- Purchase period: February 4, 2025, 17:00 UTC - February 11, 2025, 17:00 UTC
- FDV: $200,000,000
- Sale Supply: 20,000,000 WCT
- Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 WCT
- Price per token: $0.20
- Vesting: 100% unlock once transferability is enabled, which is subject to a community vote. Stay tuned on X or Telegram for details.
- Initial Purchase Limits: $100 minimum, $10,000 maximum (USDT/USDC only)

After the sale period closes, February 11, 2025 at 17:00 UTC, allocations will be selected at random based on the “filling from the bottom” allocation method. Users who are not selected to receive an allocation will receive their funds back in their CoinList Wallet within 48 hours of the purchase period.
In the event of an oversubscribed sale where all participants receive the minimum purchase amount, priority allocation will be given to purchases made by users based on their Karma tier or those referred through promo codes.
