CoinList Expands Access to Equity Capital Formation Through Superstate Opening Bell

CoinList is bringing tokenized IPOs and Direct Issuance Programs to its global user base and partner ecosystem, expanding access beyond crypto tokens into natively tokenized public equities.

Today, we are expanding access for our 12 million users to tokenized stock offerings, including both IPOs and follow-on offerings from U.S. public companies, through Superstate Opening Bell. CoinList will surface these offerings in its app and through partner applications, while Superstate powers issuance through Opening Bell. When an investor purchases newly issued shares with stablecoins, Superstate creates the shares and delivers them directly to the investor’s wallet. 

Superstate provides the on-chain issuance platform and SEC-approved transfer agent recordkeeping, while CoinList builds out the native on-chain compliant distribution, expanding offerings beyond crypto tokens into tokenized real-world assets. 

This partnership empowers investors to purchase tokenized stocks, leverage them for collateral or trade fully on-chain at supported venues, with no share wrapper and no intermediary. Equities brought onchain via Opening Bell are natively tokenized equities, meaning onchain shares are the real, actual shares, not wrappers or other third-party structures. Investors have direct ownership of equity on-chain across both Solana and Ethereum powered by Superstate.
