1. What is Fleek and what problem are you solving?

Fleek is the Agentic Cloud: a unified platform for creating, managing, and monetizing AI agents and virtual influencers. The infrastructure and tooling required to build high quality social agents and virtual influencers is highly fragmented and requires a lot of time and technical skill. Fleek unifies everything into one seamless no code platform, enabling anyone to be able to easily create high quality social AI agents and virtual influencers and monetize them.

2. Why does the world need AI agents and how do you envision AI agents replacing traditional apps and websites in the near future?

AI agents represent the next evolution of websites and apps, shifting from static interfaces to dynamic, autonomous entities that act on users' behalf to accomplish tasks and goals. Instead of navigating multiple apps or websites, users can chat and interact with personalized and specialized agents that understand context, make decisions, and perform tasks. As these agents become more capable and trustworthy, they will naturally supplant traditional digital interfaces, offering more intuitive and efficient user experiences.

Similar advantages apply to virtual influencers compared to human influencers. The cost, quality, and scalability advantages make them a very compelling option for brands and companies looking for new and effective ways to market and reach new users and customers as compared with traditional marketing and influencers.

3. How does Fleek’s infrastructure simplify the development process compared to piecing together fragmented services across multiple vendors?

Fleek offers an all-in-one solution tailored for AI agents and virtual influencers. Creators no longer need to integrate disparate services for hosting, LLM access, memory, capabilities like image generation, video generation, voice, etc. Fleek provides:

  • Agent Hosting: One-click deployment with support for Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
  • LLM Key Provisioning: Access to various LLMs with unified billing.
  • MCP Servers & Plugins: Enhance agent capabilities with modular components.
  • Capabilities such as image & generation, voice & lip syncing, text & call capabilities, etc.
  • Social media and messaging platform integrations so your agents can live everywhere users do.
  • Agent Marketplace: Discoverability and monetization tools for agents.

This cohesive ecosystem reduces complexity, accelerates development, and lowers costs.

4. Can you walk us through how Fleek leverages Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) to ensure verifiability, privacy, and censorship resistance for AI agents?

Fleek utilizes TEEs to create secure, isolated environments where agents can operate with integrity. TEEs ensure that:

  • Verifiability: Agents produce attestable outputs, allowing users to trust their actions.
  • Privacy: Sensitive data is processed securely, protecting user information.
  • Censorship Resistance: Agents operate independently of centralized control, ensuring uninterrupted service.

This infrastructure is crucial for agentic applications and use cases requiring high trust, such as financial services, personal assistants, therapists, healthcare, etc.. Fleek offers TEE options across their suite of products and features for those users and partners who require privacy and/or verifiability for their products and use cases.

5. How does the Agent Marketplace work, and what opportunities does it create for developers, creators, and brands?

The Agent Marketplace is a platform where creators can list their AI agents and virtual influencers. It offers:

  • Discoverability: Users can find and interact with a variety of agents and influencers and access the services they offer.
  • Monetization: Creators can earn through subscriptions, gating exclusive content, brand sponsorships, or tokenization.
  • Collaboration: Brands can hire agents and virtual influencers for social media, influencer marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.

This ecosystem fosters innovation and provides new revenue streams for participants.

6. What are some of the most exciting use cases you've seen so far for AI agents or virtual influencers built on Fleek?

Early use cases we are excited about:

  • Companionship: AI companions providing friendship and emotional support and helping people be better and happier.
  • Virtual Influencing: Creating high quality virtual influencers and monetizing them just as normal human influencers would.
  • Social Amplification: Leveraging a high number of virtual influencers to run social media marketing campaigns at scale, at a fraction of the cost of human KOL’s.
  • Digital Twins: Creating virtual replicas of human creators in order to help them scale themselves across social platforms and conversations, leading to increased monetization.
  • Virtual Influencer + AI UGC: AI UGC (user generated content) is one of the breakout use cases of AI. Combining that with virtual influencers, which have fan bases, gives you the cost, scalability, and quality benefits of AI UGC, plus since virtual influencers have their own built in fan bases, you get the benefits of getting your product in front of their fans rather than posting AI UGC content to faceless accounts or your own brand account.

These use cases demonstrate the versatility and potential of agentic applications across various industries.

6. What role do partners like Venice, Eliza, and auto.fun play in Fleek’s ecosystem, and how do these collaborations accelerate Fleek’s mission?

Eliza, auto.fun, and Venice are foundational partners helping bring Fleek’s infrastructure to life in real-world agentic use cases. Eliza is building an open-source framework and OS for AI agents. auto.fun, their new launchpad, lets agents go live alongside tokens acting as the face, voice, and community-builder for crypto projects. Fleek powers all the underlying infrastructure, from agent hosting and LLM keys to MCP servers and TEEs, enabling auto.fun to launch 10x faster and 70% cheaper.

Venice provides the open, privacy-first LLMs that agents use to create and express themselves. Every new Fleek user now receives $10 in Venice credits, unlocking immediate access to image, text, and code generation tools. Together, Fleek and Venice offer a complete pipeline: expressive, uncensored models combined with privacy-preserving, verifiable infrastructure. Fleek will also soon power Venice characters (one of their biggest features) becoming full agents, which will bring even more agents and virtual influencers into the Fleek ecosystem.

These collaborations bring a tremendous amount of agents and virtual influencers into the Fleek ecosystem, which will eventually be able to be added to the Fleek marketplace for enhanced utility and monetization for all of these agents created through our partners.

7. What are the key functions of the FLK token?

FLK serves multiple roles within the Fleek ecosystem:

  • Access: Staking FLK grants access to premium features and services.
  • Incentivization: Rewards users for creating and interacting with agents & virtual influencers.
  • Monetization: Facilitates activity value capture within the platform and agent marketplace.

Additionally, a portion of platform and agent marketplace revenue is used to buy and burn FLK, supporting its value.

8. Looking ahead, what are the key milestones or features Fleek users should be most excited about on the 2025 roadmap, especially post token launch?

Post-token launch, Fleek plans to introduce:

  • Agent Marketplace Launch: Enabling broader discoverability and monetization for agents & virtual influencers, and the ability for any user to interact with them and consume services from them.
  • Enhanced Capabilities & Communication: Support for text, voice, image and video interactions, and custom social and messaging platform integrations.
  • Monetization Features: Enabling agents and virtual influencers to easily start making money with subscriptions, gated content, brand sponsorships, TikTok shop integrations, etc.
  • Brands Hiring Agents & Influencers: After initial marketplace launch, v2 will include the ability for brands and companies to hire agents and influencers for social media and influencer marketing campaigns, driving significant monetization opportunities to agents in the Fleek ecosystem.
  • Skill Marketplace: Allowing agents to easily acquire new skills and capabilities.
  • Virtual Influencer Tokenization: Enabling virtual influencers to tokenize themselves, and leveraging the social nature and focus of virtual influencers to programmatically distribute tokens based on follows, likes, engagement, etc. to early fan bases, and then share future earnings with those token holders who helped.

These developments aim to enrich the agent ecosystem,  expand user engagement, and drive value to FLK.

9. Can you give us an insight into your growth strategy in 2025?

Fuel the Marketplace Flywheel: As the Agent Marketplace launches this month, it will start an incredible flywheel, which the FLK token will be used to accelerate:

  1. FLK is used to incentivize the creation and growth of social agents & virtual influencers in the Fleek agent marketplace, and bootstrap the initial monetization of them.
  2. Social agents & virtual influencers in the marketplace leads to more fans following these influencers, and more users who are using Fleek to chat, interact with, and consume services from the agents and influencers, leading to more monetization.
  3. Users and fans leads to more brands and companies looking to leverage these social agents and virtual influencers for social media and influencer marketing campaigns, leading to significantly more monetization for the agents and influencers in the Fleek ecosystem.
  4. Increased monetization leads to more creation and growth of social agents and virtual influencers within the Fleek ecosystem, repeating the cycle and enhancing the flywheel again and again.
